Can I track my order?
Standard and expedited orders will be processed for shipping within 1-2 business days. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 5:00 P.M. PST will not be processed for shipping until the following business day.
Skin Nutritious is delighted to provide free shipping on all orders $49 and up.
We offer flat rate standard shipping of $3 for orders up to 13 ounces in weight and $5 for 14 ounces and up.
Standard shipping delivery typically occurs between 3–7 days after your order is processed via USPS. Priority shipping delivery typically occurs between 1-3 days after your order is processed via USPS.
When your order ships from our facility, you will receive an email containing tracking information for your order directly from a third party shipping carrier (USPS). Please note that some carriers may not provide tracking information for up to 24 business hours after your order has shipped.
Returns + exchanges
Unopened, unused items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Open, used products unfortunately may not be returned. Services, series, program purchases, gift cards, and ebooks are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Email us for a Return Authorization Form, then return unopened merchandise within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to California.
A key benefit of setting up an account with us is the ability to check the status of your most recent orders by visiting our site. This is the easiest and quickest way to get current information regarding your skinutritious.com order. You will also receive a tracking number via email upon shipment of your order.
How do I know if my order was placed successfully?
Once you place an order on skinutritious.com, you will receive an email notification to the email address you provided while placing the order, confirming that your order has been received.
Can I cancel or change an order once it's been placed?
Once you submit your order, it cannot be changed or canceled.
Do you accept international orders?
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to ship internationally or accept credit cards issued by international banks. We apologize for any inconvenience.
